Today started with David organizing the priests. It went through listing the names and descendants of the priests and their duties, and how they were divided by lots.
Then it went into David organizing the musicians. Their names and duties were listed.
The division of the gatekeepers were next, listing the names and duties of each.
Lastly, the treasurers and other officials were explained. Their names and duties were listed.
Today was tedious in the sense of trying to read difficult names and follow along with their roles and backgrounds. This book seems to move along quickly because it is either repetitive information that was previously studied and summarized, or is simple with lists.
However, to type out all the names and roles, would be incredibly time consuming and boring for anyone reading it.
